The staff was always one step ahead, almost as if they knew exactly what I needed/wanted before I asked for it. I was in awe of the service from start to finish. I truly felt like a queen during my stay. Like home, but better.I have stayed at the William Vale on at least 5 other occasions, and until this stay, it was my favorite luxury hotel to stay at while visiting my daughter in Brooklyn. The price of the room was quite high this stay ($1400/night X 2 nights), but with the price increase, came worsening service. The bellman was rude and unaccommodating to us..
