Twins hcg levels - I had nearly 200,000 at 7w3d. My doctor told me that she ordered an immediate ultrasound (that same day) because she suspected twins--she was right. Twins do not run in my family, so this was a complete surprise! I think it varies, but the high numbers, apparently, led my doc to the right conclusion.

 
I did have my levels checked with this pregnancy at close to 8 weeks, they were at 284,000. Insanely high, and I did end up with di/di twins- currently 12 weeks.
